Nina Ricci Fall 2009 Ready To Wear was Olivier Theyskens's farewell collection for this house. It is a pity because the clothes, especially the gowns were quite stunning and many celebrities have been photographed wearing them.

Purple beaded dress (previous picture's right photo) is reduced from $1,575 to $945 at Bergdorf Goodman but the sizes are large.

I am delaying the reports on the Spring 2010 collections because of lack of pricing information. With all the hype on Peter Copping's first collection for Nina Ricci, I am expecting many online shops to be offering items from the Nina Ricci Spring 2010 Ready To Wear collection. (Peter Copping worked as a designer under Marc Jacobs at Louis Vuitton.)
