New Creative Director for Celine Resort 2010

Phoebe Philo, who succeeded Chloe's creative director job from Stella McCartney, is now the new designer for Celine. Phoebe worked for Chloe in 1997, first, as Stella MacCartney's assistant, and then, she took over Chloe's creative director job from 2001-2006. After two and a half years of hiatus from work, Phoebe is now back in the game. Celine Resort 2010 is Phoebe's debut collection.

The clothes in this resort collection are certainly more updated and modern than what we've seen in recent Celine collections. Still we are looking forward to something even better for Spring 2010 Ready To Wear. For now, here are some of my favorite pieces in the Celine Resort 2010 collection:
